Residence.

Authority approved building plans already exist for this to be a private “treetop” residence, with the house in location 1, providing layered views up the valley to the mountains, and down the valley to the seas, down to the gardens below, and across to the treetops of the woodland.

Location 2 is the proposed garages, planned to be covered in gardens.
