Construction

Prior to our ownership, the land had been used as an area to for organic material composting (mainly sugar cane waste).

This had to be cleared and redistributed, and is used to fertilise the soil

The land had many old trees that were cleared, before access roads were cleared and graded, allowing easy access across the site.
